**Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities**
- Provide architecture and operational leadership to your team
- Assess, analyse and optimise current infrastructure footprint (network and infrastructure security)
- Participate in planning sessions to establish standards, architecture, and project initiatives
- Identify security vulnerabilities and recommendations and coordinate their remediation
- Drive continuous improvement and reduction in manual effort by automating deployments and configuration updates
- Root cause analysis and service improvement solutions
- Liaise with appropriate teams for development of corrective actions or viable workarounds to resolve major incidents
- Adhere to ITIL guidelines for Incident, Problem, and Change Management
- Proactively provide team members with information and guidance on engineering methodologies, standards and best practices
- Have existing network and infrastructure security certifications

Our Cloud Infrastructure Services - Managed Services practice brings together the right technology, processes and culture to deliver business agility and cost reduction to our clients. We provide cloud focused delivery services on areas such as hybrid cloud, workplace services, security, and cloud service management/delivery.

**Let’s talk about your capability and experience**
- Previous experience in working for an MSP or large enterprise company
- Strong experience supporting:

- Cisco WAN, Wireless, Routers and Switches
- F5 Big-IP
- Check Point
- Hands on experience on Junos Operating system and exposure to Juniper devices like EX-4200, MX -480's etc
- Exposure to Cisco Nexus platform would be an added advantage - N5K, N7K, N2K's
- Strong written and verbal communications skills and the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to a broad and diverse audience
- A hunger for knowledge with the passion to learn about the latest innovations in the industry, which you will enjoy sharing with the wider team
- Adaptability to changing environments and workloads.
- Ability to use own initiative.
