**The role**
We are seeking an experienced Owners Corporation Manager to join our team in the Mornington Peninsula. Building good relationships is key to this position and maintaining a solid rapport with clients is paramount to being a successful Manager. The successful applicant for this role will manage a well-maintained portfolio
- Building and maintaining strong long-term client relationships
- Follow up on issues and maintain excellent communication with clients
- Maintain and update by-law & technical knowledge to properly advise clients
- High level of technical knowledge and accountability
- Liaising with various groups such as executive committee members and owners
- Assist with queries, requests and conflict resolution, to ensure relations are professionally maintained
- Chair / Attend AGM's & EGM's and prepare meeting agenda’s, notices and minutes
- Prompt follow up & resolution of inquiries & complaints
- Initiate & maintain insurance claims & quotations
- Coordinate & assess repairs, maintenance & replacement of property
- Assistant Strata Manager provided to support you, so you can focus on the portfolio

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Understanding of Owners Corporation Legislation and related regulations
- Experience building and maintaining strong long-term client relationships
- Attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of technical knowledge and accountability
- Ability to work well autonomously as well as within a team
- Friendly and personable with a great sense of humour

**Key Criteria **- Proven knowledge and experience as an OC Manager or a strong assistant stepping up - Knowledge of the Owners Corporations Act 2006 - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work with figures and larger multiple aspect budgets - Good time management skills

Your previous industry experience coupled with strong interpersonal skills and work ethic will ensure success in this dynamic role.
