An incredible opportunity has arisen to join our newly formed team. Come and join us at 'Smile N Co', our dental practice which we believe is going to change the face of dentistry

We are looking for a dentist who loves transforming people's smiles and helping change their lives We have proven practice systems to help you diagnose, treatment plan, convert and retain high quality patients that want cosmetic dentistry.

The position is an exclusive opportunity as the practice is owned by Dr Toni Surace, owner of Momentum Management, dental mentor, team trainer and communications expert. She is willing to teach all she knows to the successful candidate

We are a new practice that has opened at the vibrant end of Main St Mornington and we are a practice with a lot of differences. We focus on comprehensive diagnosis and treatment planning, the mouth body connection, health and wellness. We have exclusive technology to help diagnose disease and then provide ways to cure the cause, not just the symptoms.

Our team prides itself on quality dentistry, building exceptional relationships, a perfect patient experience and having a fun work atmosphere with great work/life balance.

The list of qualities we are looking for include:

• A true passion for dentistry and the mouth - body connection
• Exceptional communication skills
• A desire to learn and grow both clinically and in communication style
• An excellent team player
• Motivated and driven
• Ability to think laterally
• Current AHPRA registration as a dentist
• Minimum 2 years of general dentistry experience (recent graduates with strong training considered)
