Who we are:
The Park Werribee is an Eatery, Bar and Function venue looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Front of House team, work in an exciting environment and become a unique part of the Western Suburbs.

About the role:
This role is a casual position working Friday and Saturday nights. As part of the Front of House team, you will be working closely with our security & management team as a front door host. As the first point of contact for many of our late-night patrons, your role will be working with our security team ensuring patrons are meeting dress code & conditions of entry whilst providing excellent customer service.

Skills required:

- Previous experience in hospitality.
- Providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in conflict resolution.
- Working individually & with a team.
- High levels of organisation to maintain attentive, friendly service while busy & under pressure.
- High attention to detail.

Duties and responsibilities include:

- First point of contact for all arriving guests
- Upholding our door policies, dress code & conditions of entry.
- Providing fantastic customer service.
- Be able to prevent and minimise conflicts.
- Ability to be fun and energetic while enforcing door policies.
- Have immaculate presentation.
