**About the role**

The Operations Manager Surgery & Procedural Services will provide operational leadership and management to promote the provision of timely access to elective surgery for GH patients and improved patient experience. Close relationships with relevant staff to continuously strengthen the patient's journey, monitor and report on waiting list data and adhere to the DHHS Access policies for elective surgery is paramount. This position will require well developed computer skills.
