JBS Southern processing facilities have access to all major international markets, providing our livestock suppliers with a range of markets and brand opportunities.

An exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Beef Production Control and Planning Coordinator currently exists to join our Beef team at our Brooklyn Plant. Located just 15 minutes west of the Melbourne CBD, our Brooklyn Plant is a 5 day, multi-species operation with the capacity to process up to 1,400 head of cattle and 8,200 head of small stock per day.

**Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:

- Manage production schedules.
- Liaise with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Livestock in making decisions to meet the Company requirements while maximising revenue through effective production scheduling.
- Plan production
- Forecast production.
- Maintain product specifications.
- Management reporting including yield and recoveries.
- Schedule orders
- Inventory reporting
