**The Gig**:
We’re CAPRI BLINDS- makers of awesome window coverings and shade solutions. We're on the hunt for an **Internals blinds Assembler** to join our team of legends who turn raw parts into sleek, functional, brag-worthy products.

This is hands-on work: drills, rivet guns, quality checks, lifting things (up to 20kg, so start doing those squats), and the sweet satisfaction of building something real.

**What You'll Actually Be Doing**:

- Interpreting job sheets like a DIY master with a sixth sense
- Using hand tools without accidentally drilling into the table
- Assembling blinds that don't fall apart when someone breathes on them
- Meeting production deadlines like a boss
- Keeping your workspace tidy (your mum would be proud)
- Labelling, packing, wrapping — it's like gift-wrapping, but industrial
- Helping out your teammates when the going gets slow

**What You Need to Bring**:

- Hand tool confidence
- Ability to measure stuff correctly - this is not abstract art
- English skills strong enough to follow instructions that _aren’t_ in emoji form
- A solid back and a strong work ethic
- Problem-solving skills - if MacGyver can do it with a paperclip, you can too
- A good attitude, because we don’t do grumpy here
- Legal right to work in Australia
- A body that can lift up to 20kg without calling in backup

**Work Hours**:
7:30am - 3:30pm
