**Bookkeeper / Receptionist / Admin**

The company is a factory Direct Manufacturer that has been in Business for almost **35 years** with a high reputation. We have pleased over 10’s of thousands of customers and supplied and fitted many hundreds of builders and display homes and thousands of commercial ventures. We are specialising in quality custom made internal and external blinds. Company offers an extensive choice of window coverings including Roller Blinds, Roman Blinds, Sheer Curtains Plantation Shutters, Venetians, Vertical Blinds, Zip Track Blinds, External Awnings and Roller Shutters to make your life more comfort & stylish.

We are looking for a dynamic bookkeeper/data entry person to join our team.

**Main duties and responsibilities include**:
General admin / reception duties

Accounts receivable data entry (myob)

Accounts payable data entry

Process customer payments

Process supplier payments

Process supplier invoices

Reconcile supplier statements

Bank reconciliation

Other ad hoc duties related to bookkeeping.

**Skills & Attributes**
- Bachelor qualification (or above) in Accounting helpful but not necessary.

Will also suit students who are currently studying accounting.
- Experience with MYOB a bonus, not necessary. training will be provided.
- Good understanding of numbers.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

COVID-19 considerations:
All customers are required to wear mask, employees to regularly sanitize.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dandenong, VIC 3175: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
