**About the role**

We are looking for a Workplace Occupancy Planner to join our team within Workplace Planning & Strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate data and reporting across Origin’s property portfolio, providing insights to support strategic decision-making and enhance workplace processes.

This is a 12-month parental leave cover position, with responsibilities that include influencing workspace strategy, managing relocations, and supporting the needs of the organisation. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving and has a knack for troubleshooting technical challenges.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate to find accommodation solutions aligning with business needs and property strategy.
- Maintain and troubleshoot core building and occupancy data in partnership with stakeholders.
- Resolve technical issues with workplace software, such as Serraview, and data feeds.
- Coordinate and deliver office moves and relocations, including acting as the lead for larger relocation projects.
- Monitor and report on portfolio performance, vacancy, and capacity, ensuring accuracy in data handling.
- Conduct business analysis to identify innovative solutions and improve cost-efficiency.
- Enhance and implement processes to support both BAU and project needs effectively.

**About you**
- Demonstrated communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with data analysis.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot software and data feed issues, with a focus on practical solutions.
- Experience in business or technical analysis, with proficiency in Power BI (desirable).
- Familiarity with workplace management software (e.g., Serraview) and project management experience.
