**What this opportunity involves**:
The Experience Ambassador will be based in Adelaide and will assist the Senior Workplace Manager with operational activities in accounting and finance, maintenance and operations, vendor oversight, purchasing of material, equipment & supplies, occupancy services and helpdesk. The Experience Ambassador is also required to provide administrative support to the team.

Partnering with the Client/Stakeholder(s)
Procurement & Vendor Management
Keeping the numbers in check
Ensuring everyone stays safe
Keeping an eye on the Site & Operations
Facility Inspections
Limiting Risk to JLL & the Client
Daily Concierge Duties
Event Management
Managing IT Assets
A motivated self-starter with a proven track record of successfully delivering best practice and quality to their client.
Proactive with a keen eye for detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
Possess a can-do attitude with proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
A strategic thinker who can deal with ambiguity and solve complex problems effectively.
Min. Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, building, business or other related field &/or experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field
Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements
Knowledge of vendor management for specialized services
Has a basic understanding of Facilities services with soft or hard services.
Strong administrative skills
