
Client Engagement Officer

This role is a casual position and suited to someone who is looking for flexibility and can work independently. Experience as a receptionist is a bonus but not required. This role may suit well someone studying psychology but this is also not required. The person will need to be mature, empathetic, friendly, and organised. The applicant must be an Australian permanent resident. Tuesday to Friday are the likely rostered days.
The clinic is in close proximity to Liverpool train station and public bus, and for those driving with plenty car park available.
Main duties are:
- Greeting clients and responding to their requests
- Making and rescheduling appointments including managing the cancellation waitlist
- Intake for new clients and providing relevant information for inquiries made
- Invoicing, billing and receipts
- Processing medicare/Workcover/CTP/DVA/NDIS claims
- Scanning and filing
- Sending out letters and faxes
- Essential skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and A calm and mature demeanour and ability to response to basic crisis if needed
(training provided around crisis care and responding)
**Job Type**: CasualSalary: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week
Work Location: Hybrid, in person and at the comfort of your home
- Proficient across Microsoft suites (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality
- Experience with Powerdiary but not required (training will be provided)
