**About the Position**

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic customer focused Sales Leader (Manager or 2IC depending on experience) to join us at our Newcastle showroom. This position is full-time and would require weekend availability. We have a variety of clients; you will be conversing with builders/architects/designers and homeowners.

We need Passionate Sales people of good calibre who love satisfying customers are willing to indulge themselves in our product and become specialists.

Key duties & responsibilities include:

- Quoting customers and closing sales
- Meeting company sales targets and customer service KPI's
- Undertaking customer service activities including; estimating quantities, measuring plans, sales quotations, POS transactions, EFTPOS transactions
- Assisting team members to ensure overall cleanliness and interesting displays
- Documenting and follow up with all related sales activities
- Developing sales leads using a variety of techniques

Experience & skills required:

- Proven sales experience is a must
- Hungry for Sales and accompanying bonuses
- Interior design or merchandising skills desirable
- The ability to communicate clearly.
- Enjoy building relationships with customers and team members
- Desire to succeed and make a difference in a small team environment
- Demonstrated maths skills
- Demonstrated computer skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus
- Performance bonus
