We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Production & Graphic Design Assistant.

This role is predominantly for a Production Assistant, so great organisational skills and an excellent eye for detail are essential. Graphic Design skills are required to create memorable products for our clients, decorating anything from a Pen to a Surfboard.

**Basic overview of Day-to-Day tasks**:

- Work with Sales Team to create orders & artwork for clients
- With guidance from your Production & Design team colleagues, place orders and trouble shoot issues with Suppliers
- Proofing orders and artwork to ensure accuracy prior to bulk production
- Liaise with Suppliers to ensure the smooth delivery of orders
- Log correspondence with Sales Team & Suppliers in our Client Management System

**Experience and Skills**

**Administration** experience, great communication skills, an excellent eye for detail and an understanding of th eimportance of following procedures is required.

**Prioritising Workload**: Comfortablle with juggling multiple deadlines/projects.

**Computer Skills**: Demonstrate excellent computer competency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Acrobat. MS Office particularly Word & Excel. You will be trained on internel CRM and any other relevant IT systems.

**Graphic Design**: Experience in Graphic Design with a thorough understanding of branding guidelines and colour management, including CMYK and Pantone colours. Experience in Print Production or Promotional Products industry is preferred but not essential. On the job training and mentoring will be provided.

The role is predominantly office based within a modern and bright environment in the heart of Nelson Bay shopping, restaurant and harbourside precinct. Office Hours: Monday to Friday (no weekends).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Graduate

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
