**Your new company**
InPlace Living is a registered NDIS provider who design and develop Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA). They have a commitment to supporting independence, choice and control in a comforting, home environment suited to the individual's needs.

They are dedicated to creating relationships with participants and collaborating with Supported Independent Living (SIL) providers, ensuring that an excellent level of care and support is provided to people living in their accommodation.

With business growth resulting in the expansion of serviceable areas, InPlace Living are opening an office in Adelaide and are looking for a Relationship Manager to join their Organisation in a permanent capacity.

**Your new role**
In your position as Relationship Manager, your key focus will be to support and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Using your experience in an SIL or health provider setting you will support the Senior Business Manager in various factors of the business including CRM, relationship management, communication creation and more.

You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrate empathy when building relationships with potential and current customers. You will have experience reading through patient plans and be able to analyse specific requirements for potential tenants to ensure their needs are met successfully when onboarding them to their new home.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this role, you will have:

- Experience in a NDIS/disability sector setting
- An understanding of SDA & SIL processes with the ability to read through and analyse patient plans
- Experience in building effective relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
- Superior written and verbal communications skills, demonstrating empathy to customers and passion in your work
- Proven ability to support the Senior Business Manager with relationship management, data analysis and business growth strategies
- Experience conducting stakeholder meetings ensuring outcomes meet individual needs
- Demonstrated experience assisting with marketing and social media strategies to increase brand awareness and promote opportunities

You must hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers Screen Check and meet company vaccination mandates to be eligible for this position.
