**The Role**

Mineral Resources Human Resources is continuing to grow, and we are seeking a People Systems Analysist to join us on a 12-month fixed term contract. Reporting to the People Systems Lead, you will play an integral role in supporting the delivery of fit for purpose HR reporting and analytics to assist the needs of the HR function and MinRes. In addition, you will also be responsible for providing input to people system initiatives through requirements gathering, testing and implementation support activities and ongoing system administration, troubleshooting and enhancements.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **R**eview, develop, maintain, and deliver People reporting and analytics requirements through creation of new reports/dashboards.
- Work closely with other business functions and external stakeholders relating to dashboards and systems administration
- Build and amend dashboards to provide visual data sets for analysis and insight to improve business decisions
- Develop an integrated and cohesive data management approach and improve data storytelling
- Oversee systems security frameworks through ongoing maintenance of users and periodic audits
- Document current system build and develop reporting requirements for future People solution builds

**What you’ll bring to the team**
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources
- Experience within a similar role
- Demonstrated reporting and analytic background
- Previous experience using SAP
- Experienced with Power BI (Desirable)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate initiative and creative problem-solving skills
