Wireline Services Group (WSG) is looking for a proactive Business Systems Analyst to support our workforce, partner with leaders, and drive key IT functions.

About the role

Guided by the objectives of the Company, the Business Systems Analyst is responsible for facilitating the access and utilization of digital solutions that are fit for purpose and secure. Ensuring users are empowered to access services, information, and people efficiently through innovative technology.

Key responsibilities

  • Partner with key stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into clear system requirements for effective configuration and deployment.

    · Lead and support end-to-end delivery of small to mid-sized projects, including the rollout of new system

    modules.

    · Serve as a trusted technical advisor, providing insights into system capabilities and best practices

    · Deliver hands-on configuration and day-to-day support ensuring systems optimal performance

  • · Ensure a seamless and positive customer support experience.

    · Liaise with internal teams and external vendors when required

    · Manage incoming support requests, troubleshoot application issues, and oversee the assessment and rollout of user-suggested improvements and reporting enhancements.

    · Work collaboratively across departments to scope, test, implement, and document system upgrades and

    process enhancements that align with organisational goals

    · Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues swiftly, identifying root causes related to end-user devices to minimize any impact on users.

    · Undertake complex technical tasks and contribute to cross-functional projects and activities when required

    · Demonstrate initiative, maintain confidentiality and a professional demeanor, and uphold high standards of conduct at all times.

About you

We're looking for someone who is confident, proactive and enjoys solving problems. You'll bring:

  • 3 years' in Technical / Business Systems role with a strong focus on applications

    · Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, hardware, software, and security protocols.

    · Proficiency with systems administration, databases, and enterprise applications.

    · Competent in supporting standard and multi-function print devices.

    · Understanding of workstation network configurations.

    · Knowledge of fundamental networking concepts and components.

    · Familiarity with various video conferencing platforms.
