**About the role**

Reporting into the People Systems Lead the Recruitment Systems Analyst will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a fit for purpose applicant tracking system to support the needs of the People function and MinRes more broadly (currently PageUp). This role is responsible for ongoing system administration, troubleshooting and managing ongoing enhancements
- Provide technical advice to the People function on PageUp solution capability and lead the requirements gathering to support configuration
- Proactively recommend opportunities for best practice systems optimisation, business efficiencies and work practices
- Contribute to solution updates and enhancements through inputs to requirements gathering, systems testing and education and training of end users
- Document and administer functional specifications for the recruitment solution implemented and ongoing enhancements
- Provide systems administration support for PageUp solution including troubleshooting and supporting team members with knowledge building
- Develop recruitment reports through PageUp and work with People Systems Analyst to develop/redefine requirements for new/existing Recruitment Dashboards in PowerBI
- Oversee recruitment systems security frameworks through ongoing maintenance of users and periodic audits

**What you’ll bring to the team**
- Previous experience in the administration and maintenance of Pageup
- Tertiary qualification in human resources or related discipline would be desirable
- Demonstrated high level of analytical and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated experience in Microsoft excel
- The ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms
