Our client is one of Australia's leading Manufacturer and Distributor of food and beverage consumable products.

due to growth, opportunities have now become available for a Night Shift Team Leader to join their growing team based in their Wetherill Park Location Warehouse.

This Position will be exposed to working in Ambient, Chiller and Freezer sections of the warehouse as required **( ability to work in cold environment essential).**

**Position brief details below**:

- Shifts on offer are Sunday to Thursday Night Shifts
- ** Training will be provided**:

- Pay rate will be $47 per hour + Overtime rates
- shift time will require flexibility with start times 7pm or 8pm
- Temp to permanent position

**If you are looking for stability and longevity, this position will be temp to permanent for the successful applicants.**

**You will be required, but no limited to the following duties**:

- Shift will be 7pm-3am with overtime required from time to time depending on the requirements of the business
- Leading a team of approximately 7-10 staff
- Cold storage experience preferred but not essential
- Forklift licence required. Experience with high reach, double deep and counter balance preferred.
- HACCP knowledge would be advantageous
- Experience with performance managing staff, holding staff accountable and driving continuous improvement
- Experience with ERP sytems (Pronto, Manhattan, WMS, TMS etc)
- Experience with pallet control would be advantageous
- Delegating tasks but will also be required to be hands-on at times
- Will control unloading/loading of trucks
- Time management is essential

**To be considered for this role you will need to have the following**:

- Previous experience within a similar role crucial
- Current Current Forklift License a** MUST**:

- Minimum 2 years' Experience operating counter balance and High reach forklifts
- able to work in Cold environment a **MUST **:

- need to be self motivated & possess leadership qualities
- HACCAP Awareness and food safety awareness
- Safety Driven
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Sound understanding of COR
- experience within in a **fast paced environment**:

- Can commit to Sunday - Thursday Night shifts
- **Can start ASAP**:

- Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kgs if needed
- Reliable transportation

You will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical along with a Drug and Alcohol test.
