**Warehouse Team Leader - NSW**

Digga is Australia's leading manufacturer of Machinery attachments for the Earthmoving & Construction industry. A multi-award winning, global company, with 5 state of the art facilities worldwide, our product & passion for providing total customer solutions is second to none.

The opportunity now exists for a driven Team Leader to join our team in NSW. As the Warehouse Team Leader, you will provide guidance and direction to the warehouse as well as perform the day-to-day tasks of the branch.

To be successful in this role, you must be adaptable and display a high level of integrity, honesty, and reliability. In addition, you will have the ability to motivate others, and possess a high level of communication, customer service and complaint handling skills.

**To be successful you will have**:

- Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role
- Proven working experience as a Warehouse Worker or in a picking/packing role.
- Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems
- Intermediate computer skills
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
- Current forklift and drivers’ license
- Physically fit to perform the physical requirements of the role.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Encourage and drive team unity for success.
- Provide leadership, motivation, and direction in the day to day running of the warehouse ensuring tasks are performed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure trucks are loaded/unloaded and customers/suppliers are attended to with mínimal waiting time.
- To ensure all workers, contractors and visitors are inducted and operate to the company's policies/procedures on site.
- General branch activities including loading/unloading trucks and warehousing.
- Detail orientated and well organised.
- Accuracy and ability to meet deadlines essential.

Product knowledge in earthmoving attachments will be an advantage. This is a full-time permanent position.
