**Responsibilities**:
- Identify, investigate, prioritise and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
- Perform post verification testing following changes in environments
- Update support documentation to keep information current and ensure appropriate processes are followed
**Key Skills**:
- Minimum 2 years of Application or Internal IT Support experience or Application Support experience
- Software troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience of ticket administration via service desks -ServiceNow preferred or JIRA, Fresh Desk, Sales Force considered (among others)
- SQL Query Writing for reporting, data manipulation and investigation
- Application running on Windows Server Operating System understanding or Azure Cloud
- Understanding of ITIL best practices for customer support
- Basic understanding of networking principals
- Participation in 24x7 on-call roster
**Skills in any one of the following **Technologies/Application** is beneficial**:
- Tableau
- Esri ArcGIS,
- Oracle Primavera EPPM,
- BlueCielo Meridian Enterprise,
- Microsoft PowerApps,
- Microfocus Content Manager.
