You will be responsible to provide an advanced level of support and problem resolution. The Application Analyst will also be part of delivering minor works, initiatives, and enhancements.

**Your main duties and responsibilities will include**:

- Provide advice on the technical restrictions and capabilities of the relevant systems.
- Mentor, train and develop team members in related technical areas.
- Develop solutions and create relevant knowledge base articles.
- Undertake technical reviews and approval of changes to IT systems.
- Manage incidents to resolution, including proactively partnering with vendors to identify solutions to incidents.
- Communicate the progress of outstanding incidents and service requests to stakeholders.
- Identify and assist in resolving major incidents.
- Undertake root cause analysis of assigned problems, proposing potential changes and solutions.
- Proactively identify potential work arounds and alternate solutions to problems
