Our team in Barangaroo are delighted to be recruiting an Early Careers Talent Manager in our expanding Talent team. Working across our Australia business you will be the face of the Graduates and Undergraduates, providing strong program management, including facilitation, development and coordination for each of our programs.
What the role will include:
- Responsible for managing the early talent programs across Lendlease Australia
- Implementation, coordination, and administration of the Global Graduate Program within the Australia region
- Implementation, coordination, and administration for the Undergraduate program
- Manage, deliver, and coordinate all Learning & Development activities across the early talent cohort
- Work with P&C teams and business units to determine the forecast for early talent intakes based on business demand
- Partner with resourcing teams in key selection activities such as Career Fairs, University presentations and assessment centres
- Manage the rotation requirements of the program, balancing business requirements with the opportunity for the graduates/undergraduates to build capability
- Generate regional metrics and reports to measure regional performance against objectives
- Ensure that all stakeholders and early talent people managers are provided with relevant information to manage early talent
- Provide direct support and mentoring to the early talent cohort
Requirements for the role:
- Experience in high volume early careers and graduate programs.
- Ability to balance regional demands within the design of the global program.
- Delivery of graduate and early talent programs including, coordination, rotations, and development.
- Problem solving, technical and analytical skills to support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Good interpersonal skills to maintain relationships across all levels, with the ability to provide advice and information.
