-Our Finance Management Group strategy aims to strengthen foundations and enable growth through a scalable, responsive, financial management function, leveraging modern technology. Your role in the Human Resources team will be to design and deliver the global Finance Management Group early talent strategy.
This is a 12-month contract.

- What role will you play?Partnering with Macquarie’s Early Careers Talent team, Human Resources, business leaders and key stakeholders, you will enable the Finance Management Group’s early talent strategy and related programs to attract, develop and retain early career talent pipelines that meet the future capability needs of our business and workforce strategy.
You will analyse and map our current processes and practices across our programs in the interest of enhancing the ‘experience journey’ for our early talent by identifying opportunities for improvement, enhancement and standardisation across the board.
You will design, develop and deploy the framework and performance experience in consultation with key stakeholders. In addition, you will measure the effectiveness of program initiatives through data analysis, feedback and post implementation reviews.
- What you offer- Qualification in Human Resources, Business administration or related field
- Proven experience in either talent acquisition, human resources or managing early talent programs or similar
- Understanding of early career development
- Strong communication, relationship building skills and stakeholder managementStrong organisational and time-management skills
