Our client is a full-service real estate agency that specialises in high end sales and property management across the eastern suburbs market. Growing quickly since their inception, they have continued to smash records and have now built an incredible market presence and network of premium clientele across their service area.
They are now in the market for a switched-on Property Officer/Property Manager to work directly alongside an AMAZING Department Head in a well-resourced, service focussed property management department.

**The Position**
In the role of Property Officer/Property Manager your responsibilities will include:

- Working alongside the Department Head
- Respond to incoming inquiries
- Liaise with tenants and landlords to develop relationships
- Assist with ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections/condition reports
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance
- Arrears management
- Ad hoc tasks as required

**The Person**
- Previous real estate experience in a Leasing Consultant, Property Officer or Property Manager role is ideal, but not essential - a great attitude and willingness to learn is most important
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Superb written and verbal communication skills and excellent customer service skills
- Immaculate personal presentation is essential
- Self-motivated, full of initiative and eager to learn and develop your real estate career
- Top notch attention to detail and first-rate organisational skills
- Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
