**About the role - Grand Orient Cantonese Restaurant**

With a focus on providing an unforgettable and truly bespoke experience in our signature restaurant - Grand Orient, you will work in a team environment to execute the seamless delivery of our amazing food and beverage options. With the opportunity to support our Restaurant Manager in leading a passionate and professional team, you will assist in driving our lunch and dinner business both on the floor and behind the bar.

**What YOU can deliver and we're looking for**:

- A passion for food, customer service and interacting with guests. Be the face of the restaurant and hotel, greeting guests with energy and an unforgettable welcome
- At least 6 months' experience in a similar leadership role in a busy hospitality environment namely within a Chinese / Cantonese Restaurant environment.
- Deliver strong communication and organisational skills to build relationships with anyone
- Attention to detail and accuracy - it's the little things that count.
- Bring leadership and mentoring skills so that your team will grow and develop.
- Cocktail bar experience will be highly regarded as a plus.
- A team player, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workloads, as well as assist in supporting the team with other duties as required

**Essential Criteria**
- Must meet the legal requirements to work in Australia
- Must hold a current WA Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
- Excellent grooming and presentation standards
- Flexibility to work both lunch and dinner meal periods.

Pay: $25.00 - $29.99 per hour
