**Customer Service Officer**

This role is working in our Toowoomba Steel Division for a motivated all-rounder supporting the Sales, Service and Administration team. There will be a strong focus on client service, administration and delivery allocation tasks.

**About the role**:

- Full Time - Monday to Friday
- Overseeing reception, including but not limited to managing all incoming phone calls, visitors to the store and coordinating customer enquiries
- Coordinate delivery truck allocations and confirmations
- Managing the creation of purchases orders as well as reconciliation of monthly invoices onsite
- Creating and maintaining customer and sales documents and reports
- Collaborating closely with our team to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction
- General office administration

**About you**:

- Experience in a similar administration role preferred, but not essential
- Highly efficient and organised professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team environment
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude
