The team are looking to have a Compliance Coordinator join the Distribution Centre (DC) team. You will lead, co-ordinate and Facilitate with Shift and Operational Management on the implementation of Quality and compliance strategies and management systems to ensure compliance and improved Quality and Compliance Performance at the Arndell Park DC
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure current internal systems are being complied & maintained to improve quality performance.
- Key contact for all site audits
- Ensure reporting systems for monthly Quality and Compliance KPI's are completed on time and analysed ready for input to the system.
- Liaise with all relevant parties across the logistics and production networks to ensure consistency and transparency in Quality management procedures and practices.
- Participate in any relevant Risk Assessments and any other relevant Quality processes Monitoring Pest Management systems
- Ensuring compliance to all relevant Nestle quality processes.
- Guide and support team with quality issues on site - inspection of bad goods
- Support Corporate QA in initiatives to improve pallet quality on site
- Ensure compliance to the Nestle St & Internal process system requirements. Such as training and compliance checks.
- Raising ISS work orders for the site where relevant to quality and compliance
**Skills and Experience**:
- Diploma qualification in Quality / Safety or related field of study is necessary
- Some experience as a SHE / Quality specialist
- Preferably some SAP experience
