We are urgently seeking an experienced Administration Officer (Learning and Development) for a full time temporary 6 week position located with Local Government in Ipswich.

**Duties would include**:

- Administration of the training and work experience inbox
- Assisting with online training induction to answer questions and set up profiles in a learning management system
- Administration tasks relating to set up of new employees training requirement
- Assisting trainers with room arrangements and logístical requirements (e.g. printing tasks, setting up a room)
- Great time management skills is necessary for this role
- A “can do” attitude, willing to give things a try
- Able to follow work instructions and processes
- An interest in Learning and Development is beneficial but not necessary

**The successful applicant will need to be able to demonstrate**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, with a commitment to delivering service excellence.
- Organisational and time management skills.
- Skills in the use of personal computers utilising word processing and database software.
- Knowledge of a Learning and Development environment and appropriate customer service techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of team
- A current Queensland ‘C’ Class drivers license is desirable.
- Please note: Employees are required to be fully vaccinated for Covid-19._
