We’re hiring a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join our growing team in
Australia. We work across multiple industries, but with a particular focus on Retail, Travel
and Non-Profit, so if you are interested in working in this space, this could be the job for
you This role can be either based in our Soho, London office or remotely in EMEA.
Role Description

As a Marketing Cloud Consultant, you will report to our Director of Delivery and will be
looking after our Marketing Cloud projects locally. We believe that our project teams
should be involved early on with our prospects and clients, and so you will work
alongside the commercial team to scope projects, and will join Salesforce demos to gain
further exposure to the ecosystem.

You will be passionate about transforming the way customers approach Digital
Marketing: you’ll be a Journey Builder guru and be confident using wider Marketing
Cloud functionalities. Utilising your knowledge of SQL, AMPscript and JavaScript you’ll
deliver new instances of Salesforce Marketing Cloud ensuring our customers achieve
their transformation goals. You'll own Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects from strategy,
design and configuration through to integration, testing and deployment. Pracedo also
works across Datorama and Interaction Studio projects, so whilst this is a really desirable
skillset should you have it already, if you have a desire to learn these products we can
facilitate that journey.

This position will be based in Melbourne, Victoria.

**Requirements**:

- Understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture and knowledge of the

wider Salesforce ecosystem.
- Knowledge of Marketing Cloud functionalities such as deep knowledge of

and Marketing Cloud Connector, and intermediate SQL and AMPScript

knowledge essential
- Knowledge of additional products such as Personalisation Builder, Social Studio,

Interaction Studio, Mobile Studio, Ad Studio, and Datorama are highly desirable
- Consulting and/or marketing technology implementation experience.
- Experience managing the design & implementation of technology across multiple

projects at a time.
- Be confident in managing key stakeholder relationships.
- Experience defining strategy, developing requirements and implementing

practical business solutions
- Ability to travel to client site when feasible
- Minimum Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications: Salesforce Admin, Marketing
- Desirable Certifications: Datorama, Marketing Cloud Developer and Marketing
