Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform SME
Location: Sydney
Permanent Role.
Job Description:
- Own the technical configuration and architecture of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including setup, user management, and platform governance.
- Design and implement complex multi-channel journeys using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder.
- Build and maintain data integrations between SFMC and external systems (e.g., Salesforce CRM, data lakes, APIs, CDPs) using SSJS, REST/SOAP APIs, and ETL tools.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, optimize performance, and manage defect resolution across environments.
- Collaborate with marketing, data, and engineering teams to ensure platform scalability, security, and compliance.
- Support DevOps practices, including version control, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management for SFMC assets and configurations.
- Contribute to the platform roadmap, capability uplift, and documentation of technical standards and best practices.
