Join us as our Grounds and Gardens Supervisor, where you’ll lead a dedicated team of up to eight and manage key contractor relationships to develop and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces for our partner, Bethanie's Retirement Villages and Aged Care Homes. You’ll play a vital role in transforming and enhancing the grounds to ensure they are visually appealing, sustainable, and welcoming for residents and their families **Your key responsibilities will include**: - Lead, mentor, and manage your team, fostering collaboration and excellence. - Drive innovative landscaping projects that align with sustainability and aesthetics. - Ensure quality service delivery by overseeing contractors and managing stakeholder expectations. - Maintain high standards of compliance and safety across all grounds-related activities. - Work within budget constraints while achieving outstanding results. **To be considered for this role you will have**: - Relevant qualifications in horticulture, landscaping, or facilities management - preferred - At least five years of supervisory or managerial experience in grounds and gardens management. - Expertise in horticulture, landscaping techniques, and sustainable practices. - Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills. - A strong commitment to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
