We have an opportunity for an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join our Reception team.
We are looking for an individual who has a warm professional disposition and enjoys multi-tasking at a fast pace whilst having an impeccable eye for detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency. This role would suit an individual who enjoys collaborating with various teams to ensure the client floor operates smoothly. It is a busy role requiring excellent time management and organisational skills.

Key responsibilities
Perform front of house services to a high standard which reflects best practice including greeting clients and creating memorable experiences with a warm professional disposition.
Liaising with the catering, technology, business development and legal support teams to ensure the room booking system and client floor runs smoothly.
Answering phone calls and managing the reception mailbox.
Required skills and personal attributes
Previous corporate service-related experience is preferable.
Ability to bring warmth as well as strength to the role to ensure all interactions with reception are a positive experience.
Demonstrate confidence, professionalism, responsiveness, and exceptional customer service skills, including immaculate personal presentation and corporate attire at all times.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively manage conflict and conflicting priorities.
Proficient in a range of information technology tools and platforms such as Microsoft packages and in-house reception databases.
