- **Metoro Mezcal is a premium mezcal brand rooted in the rich traditions of Mexico. We're expanding our presence in Melbourne and looking for a dynamic, outgoing individual to join our team and drive our sales forward.**_
- **The Role**:_
- **As our full time Sales Representative, you'll be the face of Metoro Mezcal across Melbourne. Your main mission is to increase our presence in local bars, restaurants, and specialty stores. You’ll do this by**:_
- **-Cold Calling & Sales (70% of your time): Actively reaching out to venue owners, managers, and trade accounts, introducing them to the unique allure of Metoro Mezcal, and building lasting relationships that translate into sales. You’ll engage with buyers to secure brand positions and drive sales.**_

- Tastings & Training: Conducting tastings, training sessions, and presenting drink solutions that create positive brand experiences and commercial outcomes for venues.**_

- Coordination & Delivery: Working closely with our distributors to ensure smooth and timely delivery of our products to venues.**_

- Reporting (30% of your time): Keeping our directors updated with your progress, sales data, and market insights.**_
- **About You**:_
- **Applicant will need to demonstrate or have**:_

- Experience in the hospitality, retail, or liquor industries.**_

- Experience working with targets and KPIs.**_

- A Victorian RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.**_

- You're enthusiastic about sales, and love interacting with people.**_

- You have a deep love and appreciation for mezcal, and ideally, you’re connected to Mexican culture.**_

- You have your own transport and are comfortable traveling across Melbourne to meet clients.**_

- You’re a self-starter, confident in making cold calls, and can build rapport quickly with new contacts.**_

- You're organized, able to manage your time effectively, and can balance the street work with necessary admin.**_
