**About the role**:
The primary purpose of this role is to coordinate the new product introductions for Ampol Lubricants Supply Chain Team at our Lytton Lubricants Plant. This is achieved through working with the respective departments of Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and Quality to ensure timely execution of new product introduction and successful product launch. The role is also responsible for creating Master Data in SAP as part of the new product introduction process.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Manage the review and approval of Business Cases submitted to Supply Chain as part of the Product Lifecycle Management Process, ensuring the correct process is followed and documentation is accurate
- Create and maintain SAP Master Data as part of the new product introduction / change / deletion process
- Coordinate and communicate any changes of products within the Supply Chain Team to ensure stakeholders are informed and actions competed
- Coordinate and lead projects as part of the new product introduction process

- starter and bring well developed interpersonal and communication skills and will be able to build strong relationships both internally and externally.

***Key Skills and experience**:

- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or technical field
- Experience in supply chain/operations
- Demonstrated knowledge of SAP
- high level of Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Understanding supply chain and manufacturing in a similar industry / FMCG
- Project Coordinating experience
- Excellent communication (written and oral), interpersonal and presentation skills
