About the Role - Export Operations Coordinator

  • Coordinate export shipments across AU & NZ sites
  • Prepare export documents (invoices, packing lists, COO, B/L, AWB, etc.)
  • Keep shipment data accurate and current in SAP
  • Track orders end-to-end and provide proactive updates
  • Represent the company in daily customer operations meetings
  • Issue freight invoices and finalise job costings

To be successful in this role

  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Export Operations Coordinator Experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear, confident communicator with stakeholder management skills
  • Background in admin, supply chain, manufacturing or customer service (preferred)
  • Intermediate Excel skills; SAP exposure a plus
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
