**Position: Junior Accounts Clerk**

This is an exciting career opportunity, to join our team in the role of Jnr Accounts Clerk, reporting to the Financial Manager. You will be responsible for managing start to end accounts on our Xero accounting software with a focus on accounts payables and receivable.

This position is a Full Time position, 5 days a week working from our sunny Main Beach office, located on the waterfront.

**Responsibilities will include, not limited to**:

- Accounts receivable and payable.
- Supplier statement reconciliations.
- Bank statement reconciliations.
- Processing reimbursements.
- Working closely with the Finance Manager and the wider team
- Preparing supplier payments on NAB connect

**What you need to succeed**:

- Experience in xero and approval max (advantageous but not essential).
- Confident with excel and google sheets
- High attention to detail and data input accuracy.
- Well organised and time efficient.
- Good communication and problem solving skills.
- Initiative to succeed in the role and take on new responsibilities.
