**About the role**:
Supercheap Auto (SCA), an iconic brand of the Super Retail Group are seeking a Trade Sales and Development Manager, based in either Australia or New Zealand. The role will work closely with the Business Manager on all operational budgeting to support and develop the trade sales representative team. The role will also be responsible for growing the sales and profits of the Trade business through the identification and development of new processes and business opportunities, along with maintaining and developing new and existing customer relationships.
Each day will bring something different, but the key responsibilities include:
- Plan and organise activities to exceed manage customer /territory sales and margin budgets.
- Review, implement and action plans to drive average spend per trade customer for the program
- Drive the performance of the managed account program within designated sales areas to achieve individual sales and margin budgets.
- Plan and implement the drive of the T&W range sales
- Plan and organise activities to exceed sales and margin budgets.

- Manage assigned group of managed account customers to ensure effective long lasting business relationships are created.
- Actively seek out new customers and meet growth targets for new business accounts.
- Monitor and report weekly on own and rep teams’ area sales, managed account sales and customer visit results
- Actively foster a culture of individual and business improvement along with effective use of time to ensure maximum benefit of time and company resources
- Collaborate with the wider trade team to ensure the delivery of operational standards
