**Your opportunity**:
**As the Inclusion Capability Facilitator, you will**:

- Work collaboratively with regional and school leadership teams to strengthen inclusive cultures and mindsets with a focus on supporting the implementation of inclusive practices in schools
- Support the capability of staff in schools to engage in evidence-informed practices to implement high-yield strategies support improved outcomes for student with disability
- Draw on your knowledge of to develop partnerships that support the building and sharing of knowledge
- Demonstrate knowledge of, or capacity to rapidly acquire skills to measure and monitor the impact of capability development programs at a school and regional level

**Your role**:
As the Inclusion Capability Facilitator, you will work within the Inclusion Capability team to:

- Work with regional staff to continue to promote inclusive educational practices in schools
- Provide guidance and assistance to school-based staff to develop and implement transition and inclusion plans aligned to Every Student with Disability Succeeding Plan
- Provide detailed reports on progress and the implementation of initiatives to regional leaders

The Inclusion Capability Facilitator is a member of the Inclusion Capability Team reporting to the Inclusion Capability Manager.

**A mandatory requirement of this role is**:

- Current full registration or current provisional registration with eligibility for full registration, as a teacher in Queensland. For more information please CLICK HERE.
- Teachers working in Education and Care Services (including State Delivered Kindergarten programs) require an exemption card issued by Blue Card Services. For more information please CLICK HERE.
