**What's so exciting about this role?**

As the Digital Producer you’ll be joining our team of digital experts who are a bunch of fun, passionate, multi-skilled professionals on a 12 month Fixed-Term contract. You’ll have the opportunity to work in an agile environment across all our products and campaigns.

You will be responsible for shaping and executing our digital transformation roadmap. you will manage the end-to-end production of digital projects that include, but not limited to website builds and feature development, campaign landing pages, digital marketing solutions, web and native apps, and more.

**What Does An Average Day Look Like?**

No day is average at **humm **but here’s an idea of what you can expect to do in this role:

- Defining, scoping, and estimating projects through to completion
- Preparing project documentation, including project timelines and progress reports
- Understand existing project prioritisation process, working closely with the stakeholders to create a prioritization process that will drive how we do business together and allow for consistent delivery, accountability, and appropriate resourcing
- Schedule workflows and oversee testing and quality assurance of deliverables
- You will be responsible for solving business challenges and driving new opportunities with platform capabilities and innovative solutions
- Own communication to scope new work, manage stakeholder requirements and expectations, and escalate any risks that may negatively impact desired outcomes
- Manage platform performance and engagement with vendors to ensure the platform is maintained and all possible capabilities are being leveraged
- Ensure consistency across the platform and all humm group products to leverage and identify economies of scale and efficiencies
- Track project milestones, manage work associated with accomplishing desired outcomes and provide regular status updates

**You will also bring**:

- 5+ years’ experience in digital Marketing or a similar Project Management role
- Experience with project management, specifically on technology and martech projects, with a strict attention to detail and documentation processes
- Experience with website development practices and martech solutions
- Possess a genuine passion for technology and digital,
- Be eager to learn new skills and actively contribute of our growing digital platforms and business enablement
- Strong mind for process improvement and documentation
- A proactive team-player with a strong collaboration skill and seeing projects through to completion.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent communicator (written and oral) and confident engaging with various stakeholders of all levels.
