Are you a talented and driven event coordinator with 2-3 years of experience? If so, a leading Canberra development group is looking for a new Event Coordinator

**Your new role**

You'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of events, from corporate functions to community gatherings. You'll be responsible for assisting the wider Marketing and Communications team with the planning, organisation, and execution of events, ensuring that every detail is taken care of and that every event runs smoothly and without a hitch.
- Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including booking processes, site/venue inspections, audiovisual equipment and other adhoc duties
- Manage event related communications both internally and externally, and follow up
- Provide on site support during events, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and that any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently
- Prepare detailed and concise documentation, including run sheets and briefs, and manage and track event budgets for optimal efficiency and processing of quotes and invoices

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be a true team player, with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. You'll be able to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously, and you'll be committed to delivering the highest quality events that exceed our clients' expectations.
- 2-3 years of experience in event coordination, with a proven track record of delivering successful events
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- A passion for event planning and a commitment to delivering the highest quality corporate events in a professional manner
