**Your new company**
This is a small agency based in Canberra's North. Looking for an Event's Coordinator to start immediately in a small and close knit team.

**Your new role**
- Working with external stakeholders to map out events, webinars and forums
- Liaise with vendors to ensure they are clear on requirements
- Support staff with event docs, run sheet, biographical notes, layout
- Engage with external and internal stakeholders
- Assist with the arrival of individuals and escorting and accompanying individuals
- Advertising all the events on Department's website and through social channels

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Prior experience with event management
- Flexible on some interstate travel when required
- Ability to problem solve
- Fast thinker and proactive approach
