**About the Role**:
We have an exciting full-time opportunity for a Sales and Customer Service Consultant, internally referred to as a Local Community Consultant, at our Booragoon store. You may also be requested to work at our Rockingham store to support your wider team. This role includes a flexible rotating roster working between the hours of 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, with some Saturday work.

As a Local Community Consultant, you connect Medibank’s products and services with your local community. You take ownership of the customer experience, providing end-to-end support across multiple channels - whether in-store, over the phone, in the community, or via messaging.

With a diverse skill set, you solve everyday challenges, adapt quickly, and keep customers at the heart of everything you do. You're curious, creative, and results-driven, always open to new ideas and ways of working.

**About you**:

- You’re a multitasker who confidently supports customers across messaging, face-to-face, and phone channels.
- You’re passionate about serving your local community and growing lasting customer relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, you take pride in delivering the right solutions with accuracy and care.
- You’re diligent and detail-oriented, ensuring every interaction is accurate, every product or service is the right fit, and your customers’ privacy is always protected.
- A true team player, you're open to stepping outside your role to support peers and explore new ideas - all to better serve the community.
