THE ROLE

As part of the Project and Order Execution team, you will be responsible for processing and managing Pumps Business Line Capital orders from receival of the order all the way though to delivery. You will be responsible for making sure that Capital Orders are delivered to the customer at the right time, at the right quality and with the right documentation.

**Key Task include**:
End to end order management and order processing in business system SAP
Writes minutes of meetings at Contract Hand Over meetings
Coordinate between internal functions such as Engineering, Sourcing, Business Line etc.
Monitor order progress, expedite as needed to ensure on time delivery to customer
Hold meetings with internal and external customers as needed
Hold meetings with internal and external suppliers as needed
Pump Equipment Contract management
Issues Quality
- and Production plans
Collects and issues contract documentation such as progress reports and certificates
Distributes documents to the customer in accordance with the contract
Issue invoices and handle billing plans, follow up on outstanding invoices to customers
Managing Excel registers such as Weekly Work Schedules to assist with planning
Coordinate shipments from both factories and local suppliers
Ad hoc tasks such as update / create templates

THE PERSON

High level of administration experience
Prior SAP experience highly advantageous
Strong computer skills, including all Microsoft Office Products, Outlook
Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to function effectively within a team as well as work autonomously
Ability to complete assigned tasks in the time allotted with mínimal supervision
Previous experience in a manufacturing business highly desirable
Prior experience in Document Control highly regarded
