About Project Administrator Role

This senior-level position involves leading and coordinating project administration activities, ensuring timely delivery of projects and maintaining compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Mentoring and supporting a team of administrators to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborating with project managers and corporate teams to meet project requirements.
  • Managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines while maintaining stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Ensuring compliance across onboarding processes for site personnel.
  • Overseeing timesheet management and accurate collation and validation.
  • Raising purchase orders and maintaining accurate record-keeping.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A leadership background with 3-5 years' experience, ideally in a site-based environment.
  • Proven experience working on high-volume, major projects.
  • Able to lead, mentor, and develop teams to achieve project and organisational goals.
  • A Defence security clearance (essential).
  • Australian Defence Force experience is desirable.
