Are you ready to make a significant impact in driving brand success and growth? We are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team and lead innovative campaigns that generate new business and enhance brand presence.
**The main objective of this role** is to enhance the IMAR brand by boosting sales through the execution of marketing campaigns aimed at generating new leads via social media and collaborations with external agencies, while also analysing their impact and outcomes.
Collaborating closely with the Head of Brand, Partnerships and Sponsorships, and the Head of Digital & Delivery, this position involves both strategic and operational duties in a cross-functional capacity.
In this multifaceted role, you will collaborate with key leaders to execute both strategic and operational initiatives, excelling in the following areas:
- Lead Generation: Drive new business by generating leads and crafting compelling campaign content to promote business growth, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
- Creative Messaging: Develop tailored messaging for small business and trades audiences, ensuring effective communication and engagement
- Digital Expertise: Build EDMs and design customer journeys using Mailchimp and collaborate with external agencies to create impactful social media content
- Event Support: Assist in managing events, activations, and conferences, supporting partners and sponsors to enhance brand presence
To excel in this role, you will bring the following expertise and capabilities:
- Marketing Experience: Proven experience in marketing campaigns and channel management
- Compelling Messaging: Ability to create clear, concise, and engaging messaging
- Self-Driven & Innovative: Manage multiple expectations with fresh thinking and innovation
- Project & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with partners for timely and strategic campaign execution
- Commercial Focus: Thrive in a commercially driven environment, managing multiple projects from start to finish
- Brand Governance: Experience as a brand custodian with strong project management skills
- Relationship Building: Skilled in building and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role
- Industry Background: Experience in a fast-paced, large organisation, preferably in the general insurance industry, broking, or finance
