Manly, Australia The Surf Shuttle Full time

Looking for energetic and fun new surf guides to assist in the facilitation of both individual and group surf sessions

**A nutshell of the job**
- Work is on the lower North Shore and Northern Beaches (odd shift in the Eastern Suburbs and Upper Northern Beaches at times).

**What is required**
- Current working with children check and First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain
- Green P or full car license
- Own vehicle with comprehensive car insurance or willingness to obtain (at least 5 seats)
- 5 years of surf experience (surf instructor accreditation desired but not needed)
- 1 years experience working with children and a desire to be a good role model/mentor
- Ability to problem solve, use initiative, be reliable and work independently.
- Availability for minimum 2 afternoon shifts per week from 3pm (Ideally can work day shifts and early mornings, but not essential)l.

**Desired but not needed**.
- Surf instructor accreditation
- Live on the North Shore or Lower Northern Beaches / have thorough knowledge of the area
- Experience working with individuals with a disability. TSS also run outdoor surf and nature therapy sessions for individuals on the spectrum or with mental health challenges.

**Pay is above industry standards **($30 - $50 based on duration of shift)
