Based in Manly in Brisbane's beautiful bayside, the client is looking for the next superstar to join their team specialising in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Finance and Corporate Services recruitment both temporary and permanent.

**Your role**
Reporting into the Director and working closely with them, your role will involve:

- Lead generation and outbound sales calls
- Outbound client relationship development calls
- Reference checking
- Conducting client meetings and providing solutions for your clients
- Market mapping, identifying market opportunities
- End to end recruitment best practice
- Working to targets and KPI's
- Multitasking and working within tight deadlines

**About you**

You will have a proven sales / business development track record along with great interpersonal skills.

You will be able to pick up multiple systems quickly and have exceptional organisational skills along with B2B Commercial acumen. You will love setting and achieving goals that will lead you to uncapped commission and additional rewards, work well with KPI's and have a great sense of humour

You will use your initiative and be able to take business development concepts and build your own client base
