Production Co-ordinator

**Job Summary**

We are in need of a highly capable Production Co-Ordinator to schedule and run the day-to-day management of our production team and jobs.

The ideal applicant will possess the following attributes:

- High degree of organisation and exceptional attention to detail
- Experience with managing a team within the manufacturing industry
- Ability and skills with hands on display building will be highly regarded
- Experience in the print/display industry will be highly regarded
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent attitude and work ethic

Displays 2 Go is a fast-growing business specialising in the creation of portable display equipment for exhibitions, product launches, media events, and shopping centre demonstrations. We have a large list of great clients that continues to grow.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Responsibility for overseeing the production of regular orders and the efficiency of the production team with guidance from management
- Planning of workload and strong awareness of product stock levels to ensure efficiency
- Hands on display building and training team in production methods
- Liaising with our sales and customer service teams and providing them with support as required
- Works with Purchasing Co-Ordinator to ensure external orders are placed in a timely fashion and inventory levels are maintained
- Reports to Senior Management

- Production planning: 1 year (preferred)
