We are looking for a personal assistant to perform various administrative tasks and support the CEO. The duties of a personal assistant include maintaining calendars, organizing travel and coordinating events. To be successful in this role, you must be well organized, have excellent time management skills, and be able to work without supervision. Ultimately, you will contribute to the effectiveness of our business by providing individual and timely support to the team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as a point of contact between managers, employees, customers and other external partners
- Timely and accurately manage the flow of information
- Manage calendars and make appointments
- Arrange travel and accommodation
- Formatting information for internal and external communications

**Requirements**:

- Organizational and time management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

Pay: $7,000.00 - $8,500.00 per month
