About the Role

Ray Foundation Group is seeking passionate and experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners to deliver high-quality, person-centred behaviour support to NDIS participants across Perth. Choose contractor or employee arrangements to suit your lifestyle.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA)
  • Develop, implement, and review Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSPs)
  • Coach families, support staff, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team (Psych, OT, SP, Support Coordination)
  • Maintain compliant documentation per NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission
  • Support the reduction/elimination of restrictive practices

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Psychology, Social Work, OT, Speech Pathology, Developmental Education, or related discipline
  • NDIS Practitioner ID & completed PBS Self-Assessment
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in behaviour support/disability sector
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Understanding of evidence-based, trauma-informed, person-centred approaches
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, and Driver's Licence

Desirable:

  • NDIS-assessed
  • Proficient
  • PBS Practitioner; experience mentoring others
